OUR VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1:

DISCOVERY

Here we delve into the depths of your business to unravel its story, strengths, and values, along with your vision and goals. Understanding your company's brand and the wants and needs of your marketplace is the secret sauce for creating an effective video. So, let's dive in and unravel the enigma together.

STEP 2:

PRE-PRODUCTION

Time to bury ourselves neck deep in research, writing, and wrestling with creative concepts. It's like a mental battleground where your vision and goals collide with our creative expertise to form an epic alliance. We'll script-write and storyboard with the precision of a master architect, make equipment choices like a discerning connoisseur, and allocate the budget like a frugal accountant.

STEP 3:

PRODUCTION

Now, let's start putting the pieces together! Brace yourself as we unveil our arsenal of gear (we're not above looking like a couple of pack mules). In addition to that, our production tasks can involve the artistry of set design, the placement of props, the direction of talent, and the meticulous framing of shots, and managing the production like a conductor leads an orchestra: with precision, grace, and the occasional frantic arm-waving to keep everyone in sync.

STEP 4:

POST PRODUCTION

Welcome to the world of post-production, where we hunker down at our computers and drink approximately 13 cups of coffee (each) while we cut the video. Then we add the captivating elements of music, bewitching motion graphics, and the mystical arts of colour grading and sound design. (If our hearts don't give out first)

STEP 5:

DELIVERY

Now, we bestow upon you the sacred final master copies for safekeeping. If you haven't had enough of us yet, you can decide to let us spread the wonders of your creation through social media and television. Consider us your personal marketing maestros, ready to unleash your video upon the unsuspecting world.

YOUR INVESTMENT

With our production company, video doesn’t have to be expensive. Fact is, our productions are scalable. By working with you to analyze your business needs, we can help you determine priorities that make sense for your goals and your budget.

VIDEO TYPES

DIGITAL ADS

Whether it’s a pre-roll ad that plays before a YouTube video, or a sponsored social post that you see while scrolling through your feed, these ads find you where you live. Not only that, they can be targeted directly to your customers. You can find thin slivers of your demographic and show them an ad that’s tailored to their wants and needs.

There’s a reason why this form of video marketing is the most popular; it works. It gets people clicking and buying, but only if it’s well-done and entertaining. Get it wrong and your brand videos become a nuisance; get it right and you’re a market leader.

COMPANY PROFILES

When companies talk about wanting to ‘tell their story’, this is the kind of video they mean. It’s usually a mix of talking head interviews and secondary footage (aka B-Roll), although sometimes it can be B-Roll and voiceover.

These videos take a lot of prep and forethought. We don’t just show up to your office and hope for the best. We learn all there is to know about your business and industry, we conduct pre-interviews with the team, and we figure out a narrative that everyone can agree on. Then, when we shoot, we’re looking for interview soundbites and imagery that support this narrative.

TV SPOTS

Traditional TV ads are still playing everywhere you look, from dentist’s offices to gyms to bars and restaurants, to your living room.

They still have a strangle hold on the largest and sexiest creative. Any major campaign worth its salt is going to lead with a juicy 30-second spot. As long as the Superbowl plays on TV instead of Netflix, this format will remain the height of advertising.

BRANDE SHORT DOCS

BRANDED SHORT DOCS

The emphasis on video storytelling has been on the rise in recent years. Consumers are craving more meaningful and emotional connections with the brands they support. The branded documentary format provides an opportunity to tap into this human desire and to create compelling and engaging content that has the power to educate, inform, and inspire your target audience.

By sharing stories that align with the overarching ethos of your brand, you establish a deeper level of trust and credibility with your audience. It lays the groundwork for long-term brand loyalty.
